Terms and Conditions

Once you place your order, we will send a mail asking you to confirm the personalisation details shared while placing the order.
We will consider requests for edits in personalisation information, within 24 hours of placing the order. In case we do not hear back from you on any edits, information shall be deemed correct and okay for processing.
Orders shall be processed as soon as they are placed.
We take 2-4 business days to ready the books and the orders should reach you within 7-10 business days of placing the order.

We accept order cancellation requests only within 24 hours of order placement.
Please note that the board books are handcrafted and printed one at a time. They may not have the same finish as that of any other bulk printed book.
After receipt of your products, if you do not like our product you can ask for a replacement or a refund.
If requested, we will refund your money, no questions asked, after receiving the returns.
If requested for a replacement, we will exchange the products with standard new order timelines.
In case orders are cancelled, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days as mandated by the payment gateway partners.
